The Founder Member of the Firm is CS Dinkar Sharma. 

A brief profile of CS Dinkar Sharma is as under :

CS Dinkar Sharma is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and a Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialisation in Finance. He is also a law graduate (LL.B) and also holds a Masters Degree in law (LL.M) from Noida International University.

He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of corporate and other laws and has worked with various groups such as Hallmark Group, Jindal Group, Punj Group and lately with Modi Group.

He has handled many listed companies during his tenure of job with various groups.

He is an avid writer and has written many articles for ICSI publications.
